Thank you for visiting our class website! I  am a proud math teacher of over 50 fabulous fourth grade students. I am a fourth grade homeroom teacher. I also provide math interventions to students in grades K-5. In "Boothby's Boutique", we all learn from each other every day. The thing that I enjoy the most about teaching is the variety each day brings, and the success I feel from seeing the bright-eyed "aha!" moment when a student grasps a concept.
I am in my seventh year teaching at Eminence Elementary. I received a bachelor's degree from the University of Louisville in Elementary Education with a concentration in Learning and Behavioral Disorders. I completed my masters degree in Educational Leadership with a Technology Certificate at the University of Kentucky in spring of 2014. I will begin working towards my doctorate in education administration at the University of Kentucky in Fall 2014. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, scrap-booking, reading, cooking, exercising, and spending time with my family, boyfriend, and dog.
