Our purpose at Wee Warriors is to provide a support system to parents by providing a warm, caring and safe learning environment for children before and after school as well as during the summer, intercessions and holidays.  Our purpose is to allow children to grow physically, mentally and emotionally in a supportive setting.

We offer -

• Services to 4-12 year olds, before and after school, that attend Eminence full-time.  We also offer full-time care during Eminence breaks and summer to all area full-time students age 4-12; however, we don't provide transportation to or from the center. Please feel free to contact the center for further information.
  
• Self-directed learning centers such as:  age-appropriate art, science, math, geography, music, reading and drama. 

• Regular opportunities for structured outside activities as well as outside free time, including swimming and water play.

• Exciting, age-appropriate field trips.

• Volunteers from the school and community.

• A non-denominational, moral-based curriculum which focuses on peacemaking, positive life choices and responsibilities for self and others.

• Opportunities for parent-child interaction and a strong parent support system.

Hours of operation

Full Time:    6:30 am til 6:00 pm

Before School-6:30 am til 7:30am

After School-3:00 pm til 6:00 pm

Full time is when school is NOT in session, including summer, intercessions and most days when the school is closed. (Contact the center for specific days).

Before and after school includes days when school IS in session.

Holidays

The Center will be closed on the following holidays:

• July 4th

• Labor Day

• Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving

• Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

• New Year's Eve and New Year's Day

• Memorial Day

• Opening and closing school days that fall on a weekday

Registration Fee:  $50 per child per year due at the time of registration.  Yearly registration due date will be based upon registration date.

During School Fees

Before School:  

• $20 per week per child for first child

• $15 per week per child for each additional child

• $5 per day per child for drop-ins for first child*

• $4 per day per child for drop-ins for each additional child*

After School:  

• $30 per week per child for first child

• $25 per week per child for each additional child

• $8 per day per child for drop-ins for first child*

• $7 per day per child for drop-ins for each additional child*

Before and After School:  

• $40 per week per child for first child

• $30 per week per child for each additional child

• $11 per day per child for drop-ins for first child*

• $10 per day per child for drop-ins for each additional child*

Summer and Intercessions Fees

Full Time:  

• $75 per week per child for first child

• $65 per week per child for each additional child

Drop-Ins*:  

• $20 per day per child for first child

• $15 per day per child for each additional child

*Drop-Ins MUST Be Pre-Registered

• Drop in fees are due daily and shall be paid by cash, check or money order.

   Additional Information

• Late pick-ups will be charged at the rate of $5 after the first 10 minutes and $1 for each additional minute thereafter.  This applies per child and is based on the center clock.  Payment is due when your child is picked up. 

• There will be a sign-up sheet prior to summer and intercessions.  If your child will attend during these times, you will need to sign them up.  Please sign them up for any and all weeks your child will attend.  Once you have signed up your child for summer and/or intercessions, you will be required to pay the full amount for the weeks your child is signed up for, whether they are present or not.

• There will also be a sign-up sheet for holidays that the center is open.  Every child attending regularly will be charged for the holiday. Drop-ins are the only exception depending on their scheduled days of attendance.

• If you do not sign your child up for these special days, your child may not be able to attend due to availability and staff.
